Skills & Experience:
- Native Level Fluency in English

Responsibilities:
- Conduct White Box and White Box testing
- Update Use Case and Test Case Scenarios
- Communicate with the development, product, and QA teams to prioritize and resolve customer issues.
- Perform Manual Testing and updates test cases
- Test new and existing features, debug code (units and integration), and report errors and failures
- Work collaboratively with the developing team to correct errors and participate in testing for product releases
Qualifications:
- Excellent English – verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with high energy
- Ability to think, problem-solve, take action and follow-through
- You’re a problem solver and have exceptional diagnostic skills.
- Two Years of Technical Training
- Certification in QA preferable
