Remote Talent Acquisition Consultant

At onecontact TECH, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Remote Talent Acquisition Consultant, with proven communication and organizational skills, and 1-2 years of talent acquisition and technical recruiting experience. Our ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic and goal-oriented individual, who's looking for a clear career plan. This is not an HR position and key job requirement is the ability to source candidates and book interviews with successful candidates


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies/tactics to source the best candidates for technical positions in collaboration with the talent acquisition team
  • Cultivate appropriate strategy proactively to create talent pipelines for open roles by contacting candidates to determine interest
  • Source applicants through various channels which will enable you to succeed in this position
  • Review CV and Job descriptions and schedule interviews
  • Update CRM database and write interview notes/feedback
  • Meeting organizational recruiting goals
  • Conduct Technical Interviews
  • Attend in-house technical and skills training

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Understanding of technical terms and technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical Certification and basic understanding of technical terms
  • Minimum 1-2 year of relevant Talent Acquisition experience
  • Excellent Spoken and Written English

 Working Hours

  • 10 AM - 6 PM Mon - Fri
