Remote Technical Recruitment Specialist/HR Manager - Albania

We are expanding Technical Recruitment /HR Manager for our office in Albania. We are rapidly growing in the Balkans and our looking for an individual who is independent, detial oriented, team player and has experience recruiting/interviewing/HR tasks.


 You will be part of our Global team and working with our team in Europe and North America. This exciting career is full of growth opportunities as we expand our foot print in Europe.

  • Native Level Fluency in English
  • CV Should be in English
  • WORK HOURS Mon - Fri 10 AM - 6PM

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining a solid pipeline of resources for Recruitment Projects
  • Finding Candidates through LinkedIn, and other Web and Social Channels
  • Creative who can think of new ideas to recruit employees
  • Tech Savvy and detail-oriented with a research-oriented thought process
  • Prior Recruiting Experience is preferred
  • Experience managing HR and Administrative Tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent English – verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude with high energy
  • Ability to think, problem-solve, take action, and follow-through
  • Should know Technical Terminology
  • Should have experience recruiting Technical Teams
